⟡ Summary

By purchasing or downloading any guitar loop or sample from grauxmusic.com, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use the content in your original music — under the terms below.

⟡ What You're Allowed to Do

As an independent artist or producer, you are allowed to:

  • Use GRAUX loops in original compositions

  • Release and monetize your songs or beats

  • Sell instrumentals that include GRAUX loops

  • Keep 100% of your beat sales

⟡ Royalty-free license valid up to 1,000,000 total streams across all platforms.

⟡ Credit Requirement

You must credit GRAUX wherever your track is released:

Songwriter: Sébastien Graux

Failure to credit within 14 days of release may result in takedown or license renegotiation.

⟡ Restrictions

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the loops

  • Include loops in sample packs, templates, or plugins

  • Use loops in NFTs, AI training, or blockchain-related projects

  • Tag or list “GRAUX” as a featured or main artist without written permission

⟡ Use Beyond 1M Streams or Major Placement

You must contact mgmt@grauxmusic.com for clearance if:

  • Your track exceeds 1,000,000 total streams

  • It features a signed artist or is under a major label

  • It is being licensed through a publisher or distributor

  • It is promoted in a major marketing campaign

⟡ Sync Licensing (TV, Film, Ads, Games)

Separate clearance is required for all synchronization uses, including:

  • Film & TV

  • Advertising campaigns

  • Games, trailers, or branded content

If your track will be released or promoted in the Chinese market, including mainland DSPs or TV:

  • You must obtain separate licensing and distribution clearance
