We don't nickel-and-dime independent producers. Under 1M streams? You owe nothing beyond credit. Cross the million mark? That's a conversation — and a good problem to have. We grow when you grow.

Over 1 Million Streams or Major Label
Major Placement — Clearance Required
- Contact GRAUX before release (or within 48h of crossing 1M)
- Publishing split-sheet required (min 16.6% to GRAUX)
- Master royalty: 2% (co-producer) or 4% (sole producer)
- All credits remain mandatory

Sync, Film, TV, Ads, Games
Written Clearance Required
Any use in film, TV, advertising, video games, or brand campaigns requires written clearance at least 30 days before release. Contact: hello@grauxmusic.com

IF YOU SELL BEATS
You keep 100% of your beat sales. Always.
But you must pass the rules forward.
- Include these license terms when you sell a beat containing GRAUX sounds
- The artist who buys your beat inherits the same rules (credit, 1M trigger)
- You're responsible for 12 months if they breach because you didn't inform them
- No sublicensing without written approval
This protects you, the artist, and the creator. The chain stays clean.
IF CREDITS ARE MISSING
We contact you first. You have 14 days to fix it.
If ignored:
- DSP takedown request
- License termination
- Publishing and/or master revenue claim (up to 50%)
- Regularization fee based on stream count

LEGAL
- Non-exclusive: Others may license the same sounds
- Non-transferable: License cannot be sold, gifted, or transferred
- Revocable: Breach terminates the license immediately
- No refunds: All sales final
- No ownership transferred: You license the sound, you don't own it
- Warranty: GRAUX warrants ownership and originality. Sounds provided "as is"
- Indemnity: You indemnify GRAUX for damages from your breach
- Liability cap: Limited to purchase price
- Audit: GRAUX may audit streams with reasonable notice
- Compliance: Berne Convention and international copyright law
- Jurisdiction: Florida, USA — Miami-Dade County
- Entire agreement: No amendment unless written by both parties
- Acceptance: By downloading or using, you accept this license
