By using grauxmusic.com (and related sites), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

2. Products & Orders

Products shown are offers.
A contract is formed once you place an order and receive confirmation or download access.

3. Prices & Payment

Prices exclude taxes.
Payment methods: credit card, PayPal, direct debit.
Full payment is required before access.

4. Delivery

Digital downloads are delivered after payment.
Links are active for a limited time.
Access may be revoked if Terms are violated.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final.
No refunds for digital products.
For technical issues, contact help@grauxmusic.com within 14 days.

6. Use of Digital Content

All music products (loops, guitar sounds, packs) are governed by a separate:

“Non-Exclusive Royalty-Fair License – Minor Placements Only.”

By purchasing, you agree to:

• These Website Terms, and

• The Royalty-Fair License issued as a PDF at purchase.

In case of conflict, the License PDF prevails over these Website Terms and any public summary.

For Major Placements (major label involvement, major funding, or ≥1,000,000 streams),
separate written clearance and separate agreements are required, as described in the License.

7. Intellectual Property

All site content (logos, visuals, text, audio, videos) is owned by Sébastien Graux or licensed to 95 Entertainment LLC.
No copying, resale, or redistribution without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

95 Entertainment LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Website or products.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 95 Entertainment LLC and its partners from claims resulting from your misuse or violation of these Terms.

10. Dispute Resolution

Governing law: Florida, USA.
Exclusive jurisdiction: Miami-Dade County courts.

11. Amendments

We may update these Terms.
Material changes will be posted on the Website.
Continued use means acceptance.
